Program Overview
Level Up Communications is a six-month, small-cohort leadership development program that blends group coaching, individual coaching, and evidence-based frameworks to provoke mindset shifts and lasting behaviour change.
Participants strengthen the confidence, clarity, and consistency to communicate with greater impact—supported by a trusted group space to test ideas, share real challenges, and apply practical solutions immediately.
What’s Included:
Onboarding Consultation
(30 minutes)
Clarify leadership goals and priorities, align expectations, and identify real-world situations to work on during the program.
3 x Interactive Workshops (2.5 hours each, in person)
Deepen understanding of underlying drivers, and sharpen communication and impact. Sessions focus on awareness, presence, perspective, and communication agility in high-stakes contexts.
3 x Individual Coaching Conversations (1 hour each, in person or virtual)
Translate insight into practice with tailored strategies and approaches. Work through real situations, stakeholder dynamics, and patterns that are getting in the way.
Total time commitment: approximately 12.5 hours over six months.
1 x Capstone Retreat
(1.5 hours, in person)
Integrate learning, share outcomes, and clarify next steps so gains stick beyond the program.
Schedule
The Early Bird enrollment deadline is February 10, 2026, with final enrollment closing March 10, 2026.
The cohort is intentionally small, limited to 8 participants to support depth of learning and connection.
Workshop and Capstone dates (in person):
Workshops: April 16, May 14, and June 11 — 2:00–4:30 PM
Capstone: September 17 — 2:30–4:00 PM
Final timings will be confirmed with participants to maximize in-person attendance.
